KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible to:
? Be the face of the business by greeting and assisting visitors and employees in a friendly and
professional manner.
? Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or
individuals.
? Maintain office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working order.
? Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials,
and taking minutes.
? Perform data entry, record-keeping, filing, and document organizational tasks.
? Support various departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
? Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
? Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will bring:
? High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
? Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
? Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
