Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking an Engineer in Training to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team as part of our EIT Program. This is a full-time position working a 14/14 rotation.

As an Engineer in Training (EIT), you will work directly with the Chief Mine Engineer and participate in a structured development journey that immerses you in every facet of underground operations.
You will rotate through key areas including development, drilling and blasting, mine planning, ventilation, ground control, surveying, backfill, and operational services, building the practical skills and technical confidence needed to excel in the mining industry. Along the way, you will collaborate with cross?functional teams in Geology, Metallurgy, Maintenance, Safety, and Operations, gaining a 360° understanding of what drives safe, efficient, and innovative mining.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be on track to graduate in 2026, or have graduated within the last two years, with a bachelor's degree in mining engineering.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exposure to safety-sensitive environments is an asset.
• Highly curious, organized, and results oriented.
• Preference will be given to those with previous co-op or operational experience.
• Willingness to work underground and in a remote camp-based environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting salary range of $86,625 - $106,189/year based on eligible experience towards P.Eng. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
