Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at our Saskatoon Head Office with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Saskatoon regional office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-functioning workplace. This role supports leaders and employees by coordinating administrative services, managing office logistics, and maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
The Office Manager plays a key role in enabling productivity, supporting company culture, and ensuring the office reflects the standards of a high-performing mining organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- • Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment; manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- • Coordinate shipments.
- • Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, vehicles and office resources.
- • Manage reception duties, including visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.
- • Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and organization
- • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and landlord interactions.
- • Support workplace health and safety requirements, including emergency procedures and office inspections.
- • Maintain workplace signage, communications boards, and shared spaces.
- • Provide administrative support to leadership and teams as required.
- • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and records management.
- • Support onboarding of new employees in the Saskatoon office.
- • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- • Support procurement of office-related goods and services.
- • Help create a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- • Coordinate office events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- • Support internal communications within the office.
- • Act as a key point of contact between the Saskatoon office and site operations.
- • Support travel logistics and coordination for employees traveling to and from site.
- • Ensure alignment of office practices with broader company standards .
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- • 5+ years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles.
- • Experience in mining, industrial, or project-based environments is an asset.
- • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $66,5000 - $73,500/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
