Location: Mcllvenna Bay, Saskatchewan (Foran Mine Site)
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off | 12-hour shifts

Auscan Medical is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated Security Personnel to join our team in Mcllvenna
Bay. Situated in east-central Saskatchewan, in close proximity to Flin Flon, MB’s mining hub. Take on a critical
security role dedicated to maintaining the safety and integrity of Saskatchewan’s mining operations.
 
You’ll provide a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
to protect property and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance coverage.
  • Conduct regular inspections of premises, including doors, windows, and security systems.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide information.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety protocols.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
     
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
  • Previous experience in supporting a mine or industrial site in a security or similar role.
  • Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Must possess a valid security license or certification as required by local regulations. (or willing to obtain)
Note: Candidates with a valid Security license will be prioritized.
