Fire Risk is High – Please Use Caution
As we move into warmer spring weather, we remind all community members to be cautious and take extra care with any activities that could cause a fire.
With dry conditions and the start of fire season upon us, we ask everyone to be mindful of the risks.
Please be advised:
- Refrain from burning grass, brush, or debris without permission.
- Always attend campfires and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving.
- Never throw cigarette butts on the ground or out of vehicle windows.
- Keep firefighting tools (water, shovel, extinguisher) nearby if you are working or enjoying the outdoors.
- Report any signs of smoke or fire immediately.
Our community’s safety is a shared responsibility. Fire bans may be implemented without warning if conditions worsen. Being careful now helps protect our homes, our forests, and each other.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe
