Tansi and CONGRATULATIONS to Betty Ann Morin of Sandy Bay who was the random draw winner of the 65 inch TV for filling out the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation Protected Area Project SURVEY that was done in December 2025.

We thank all who participated and look forward to further engagement and participation from our community members in 2026. Look for future local meetings regarding the development of a protected area within our territory. Our people have long been supportive of protecting some of our lands from development, encroachment, and exploitation and this is an opportunity to provide us with information and guidance on where these areas could potentially be.
