PBCN Emergency Registration Required: All Denare Beach Evacuees — Please Register Now
Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation has launched a new emergency registration system to help track, support, and communicate with members displaced by wildfire and other emergencies.
?? If you are currently evacuated — especially if you are staying with friends, family, or in temporary lodging — you must register immediately.
This includes all members from Denare Beach, including those out of province in Manitoba, Alberta, or beyond.
Registration ensures you receive:
- Hotel or housing assignments (if needed)
- Fuel, food, and medical supports
- Regular updates by phone, email, and (soon) text
- Future recovery planning and repatriation information
Three easy ways to register:
- Online – Go to www.pbcn.ca and click the red link: “Fire Evacuation 2025”
- In Person – Visit a PBCN Emergency Centre in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or Regina
- With Assistance – Staff at these centres can help you complete the registration form
The system also includes a new AI assistant to help answer calls and provide basic information.
Need help? Contact:
- Sarah Swan: (306) 632-7286
- Elsie Ballantyne: (306) 220-7818
Registering helps us help you. Please don’t delay.
